Terms and Warranty for our Firmware

General information

On this page you will find information about the terms of purchase and use of our firmware. And also about discounts and refund policy. These terms apply to all of our firmware, except the firmare for Faceit, which has a separate terms page.

Technical information

The list of supported anti-cheats and the BIOS parameters that our firmware can work with are listed on this page. These characteristics are different for each firmware.

Requirements

You install our firmware you must have:

• A fully working DMA card 35T / 75T / 100T installed in your Main PC (if you don't have DMA card, you can order it here).

• Windows 10 or 11 on both computers (one PC can have Windows 11 and another one Windows 10, it's also ok).

If you encounter any difficulties with the installation or functioning of the firmware, you will need to follow our instructions to resolve the issues. We can provide remote assistance via TeamViewer or Anydesk for free.

Refusing our help in solving problems doesn't lead to a refund. Once the firmware is ready, we will do our best to resolve any issues.

Terms of purchase

1) Select and buy the firmware on the website. Standard development takes 1-2 days. Express one takes up to 24 hours (costs $30 extra).

2) Provide DNA ID to the Manager.

3) The firmware will be ready within the specified time.

4) Install the firmware according to the Manual. If you need support, contact the Manager.

Warranty

We provide a 1-month or a 3-month warranty on our firmware. You can choose the warranty period at the purchase stage.

How it works?​

— If the firmware was detected or it simply stopped working with some anti-cheat within 1 or 3 months (depending on your warranty period), we will make a new fully working and secure firmware for free. Development may take up to 5 days.

— If we are unable to make a new firmware for you due to technical reasons, you will receive a full refund.

How is the warranty period calculated?

— The warranty period is calculated from the moment when we sent you the firmware file. For example, if you received the firmware on January 6, the warranty will be valid until February 6 (or until April 6 if you have 3-months warranty) inclusive.

— If suddenly your firmware was detected on January 20, and you received a new firmware on January 21, the warranty remains valid until February 6.

Important clarification. Usually regular firmware lasts 2-4 months. Our firmware (especially for EAC, VGK) are very reliable and have remained undetected for 5+ months now. A 1-month or a 3-month warranty doesn't mean that you will have to change the firmware after that period. You can continue using it as long as it works.

Refunds

A full refund is provided in the following cases:

  • If for technical reasons, firmware doesn't work on your PC (you must follow our instructions and contribute to solving any problems. We can provide remote assistance via TeamViewer or Anydesk. Once the firmware is ready, we will do our best to solve any problems. Refusing our help in solving the issues doesn't lead to a refund. If we can't make it work for you, you will receive a full refund).

  • If the firmware has been detected, your warranty (1- or 3-month) is still valid and we cannot make a new undetected firmware.

Discounts

If the firmware was detected after the expiration of the warranty period, for example, after 6 months, we provide a 20% discount on the purchase of new firmware.
