This guide is only for firmware which your bought from our website — https://www.dma-cheats.com
Before following this guide, you must install the Firmware. How to install the Firmware:

Recommended Hardware
Recommended USB cable — Purchase USB Cable
Not enough space for your DMA card? You can buy extender — Purchase PCIe Extender
If you don't have a Second PC, we recommend — Mini PC
Recommended OS — Windows 10 or 11
Basic information about our Firmware
After installing our firmware, you may notice the following features:
-
The LED on the DMA card is RED. This is normal and doesn't signal a problem. The LED will always be red with our firmware.
-
The PC in which the DMA card is installed may take longer than usual to turn on. Usually it takes 1-3 minutes. Also, in rare cases, the very first boot after installing the firmware may take 5-10 minutes.
Required steps
Right after installing the firmware, follow these steps, even if everything works well at the moment. This will make the firmware work stable and eliminate 90% of potential problems in the future.
1. Make sure that the switch on your DMA card is set to the ON position.

2. Make sure that you using USB 3 cable and it's connected to the DATA port.

3. Make sure that you connected USB cable to the USB 3 port on your Second PC. If your Second PC is desktop one, connect cable directly to the motherboard, not to the case.

4. Open Power settings on your Main PC.

5. Click "Change advanced power settings".

6. Make the settings as shown in the screenshot.

7. Click Apply, OK and Save changes.
8. If your Second PC is a laptop, connect it to the power supply.

9. Open Power settings on your Second PC and make them as shown in the screenshot.

10. On your Main PC go to the BIOS > Advanced > Onboard Devices Configuration > PCIE Link Speed (I’m showing this using an ASUS motherboard as an example; for other brands, the path may differ. You can simply use the search button in the BIOS (usually F9) and enter "PCI").
Change PCI Link Mode (of the slot where DMA card is installed) to GEN 2.

11. Save the changes and start the PC.
Solving the [0,v0.0,0000] error

1. If you encounter this error, watch and follow this video guide:
2. If this video didn’t help, the issue may be with your second PC. Try the following methods:
-
Reinstall a clean Windows 10 or Windows 11 on your second PC.
-
Try using a different PC as the second one.
-
Try running the Lone DMA Test directly on the main PC (connect the USB cable to the main PC and run the test on it).
[9,v4.13,0000] or [12,v4.14,0000] error

If you encounter one of these errors:
1. Try installing the DMA card in a different PCI Express slot.

2. Try to disable IOMMU (if you AMD CPU) or VT-d (if you have Intel CPU) in BIOS on your Main PC.

If the lone dma test works well after disabling IOMMU / VT-d in the BIOS:
-
If you have firmware for BE / EAC, this is normal — leave this setting disabled, as these firmware versions don't support operation with IOMMU / VT-d enabled.
-
If you have firmware for VGK / ACE, check whether the Faceit Anti-Cheat is installed on your Main PC (or was installed and later removed). If so, you need to delete it and reinstall Windows (you can do it in few minutes without loosing any data, watch video).
If lone dma test still doesn't work after disabling IOMMU / VT-d in the BIOS, then read this guide to the end.
Solving the [v4,14,0700] error

There are three possible ways this error can occur.
– First — right after installing the firmware when running the Lone DMA Test. If it's your case — do this.
– Second — the Lone DMA Test works normally, but as soon as you launch the game and enter a match, this error appears. Most likely the firmware was not installed successfully. Re-install it following our guides.
– Third — everything works fine, including the DMA cheat, but after approximately 15–30 minutes of gameplay, this error occurs. If it's your case — do this.
Low speed or failed test

1. If Total Read Throughput speed is lower than 100 MB/s, do this.
2. Make sure the USB cable is FULLY inserted into the DATA port of your DMA card (it must be pushed in as deep as possible, for 100%, this is important!). If the case brackets of your PC prevent the USB cable from fully entering the port on the DMA card, remove the screw holding the card, slightly tilt it downward, and then secure it again with the screw.
3. If the two steps above didn’t help, do this.
4. In some rare cases speed test can show this:

Memory Map speed is good (4000+ and this is the most important parameter). But Test Result failed.
In this case, it's a lone dma test bug. In such situation, you can run a DMA cheat. If it works well, then you don't need to do anything extra.
Other issues
The tips listed in this guide solve 90% of all firmware problems.
However, if nothing helps you, then contact the Manager for assistance. Specify exactly what problem you have, what solutions you have tried, and attach a screenshot of the error.
If the Manager is unable to solve your problem, he will provide you with the developer’s contact, who will fix your issue or create a new firmware.
